I never write reviews but this experience particularly irked me. Ordered my mom an $90 deluxe bouquet for her birthday. My first payment was "unsuccessful" so I tried a different method, only to find out the first one actually went through as well as the second attempt, so I ended up paying twice. Whatever. Then, they emailed me to let me know A) they can't deliver on the date I selected, and B) they didn't have the flowers I paid for so they'd need to substitute. I wrote back to let them know this was completely fine as long as the bouquet they put together was still "deluxe" quality and worth the $90 I paid. I got a vague but apologetic email back and just assumed they'd take care of it. Anyway, I've tried to attach the pictures here of what I ordered versus what my mom got. I'll let you decide if you think it's acceptable. I could've done better at the grocery store with $20 if I wasn't halfway across the country. Contact and coordinate with local florists directly and support them instead of giving this company your money. I won't make the same mistake of ordering from them again.
