We paid top-tier for a PREMIUM full, beautiful arrangement to honor someone's life, with roses and other coordinating flowers.... and what was received looked like a handful of field flowers picked by a child and stuck in a vase.... and NO roses!
I wish we had the presence of mind to take a photo, but this was a funeral service and it would have been in poor taste to do so.
An offer of 30% refund was made to us. Laughable, considering we received 30% of what we paid for.
Will never do business with this company again.
