Cancelled my order, tried to act like giving me a refund was a nice thing to do when it's just the law, and then offered me a "free bouquet" that wasn't actually on my own terms. NEVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.
Horrible company. Very nice customer service reps, but they're all located overseas. Horrible, horrible company, and the worst retail interaction I've ever had in my life. I hope this company goes bankrupt.
