Horrible customer service. I received a call from this company in order to inform me that the flowers they offered online could not be delivered on Valentine's day. I was very happy with that communication and promptly made 2 new selections over the phone for a total of 3 bouquets to be delivered on Valentine's day. The agent confirmed 2 times that they will indeed be delivered on Valentine's day. Two days before Valentine's day, 1 of the 3 bouquets was delivered in the morning. No one is home, so they sat in the sun for over 7 hours before I could get home. Flowers are sun spotted and warped. So I do a chat, I would like a refund for these ruined flowers. First, the agent creates another order, this is not what I asked for. Then the idiot gives me credit for not just the 1 set of flowers, but cancels all 3 so now my wife and other daughter won't have flowers on Valentine's Day. They never once asked me what I needed or wanted. They just assumed and it messed it all up!
