I wish there was a way to give them a zero. I placed an order for sane day delivery to a business a day in advance and I paid two additional fees one for the date and another for the time to be before noon. However it was not delivered. After spending over 2 hours between a call and a chat they asked if they deliver it to the persons residence. I had to agree at that point which completely ruined the surprise and guess what they didn’t even deliver it!! They changed it to the next day and once again promised a noon delivery at the place of business again! The person leaves work at 2pm it’s a Friday and now they said they can come before 4pm and I tell them it’s not going to work because she will not be there. This is the worst freaking place ever!!!
