They accepted my money and emailed that I was guaranteed delivery at 3:30. Then called me at 3 to tell me I’d no longer be getting my flowers today and that I couldnt get them until two days later and they’d take the same day delivery fee off. I asked for a full refund and that I’d no longer need the flowers and they told me they could only refund me 20%. They wanted me to pay for a service I never received. This place is a joke.
