Ordered flowers for same day delivery get an email at the end of the day saying they couldn’t fulfill same day delivery. That it would be delivered the next day by end of day. End of day comes and they want to fight with me about refunding my money and try to offer a 20% refund and $10 gift card. This order was to my sister because our father died. I live in a different state.
