Horrible. These people literally put a bouquet in a vase like they are from Walmart. Picture below. When I complained they offer 20% refund!! I didn’t it want a refund I want the flowers. They agree to redo a set and then sent a email telling me the location was not available. But they delivered yesterday to the same location
