Horrible!!!! Lied twice, said flowers were delivered! On hold for 3 rd attempt to rectify - at first they said they’d issue a “ partial “ refund!
For What?!! No flowers were ever delivered!
Call your local florist, not someone halfway across the world who leaves you on hold and doesn’t deliver - literally!
