Horrible experience. The first send did not arrive next day for funeral and the vase was Broken and flowers wilted. Called Friday and was told a new shipment would be shipped monday and arrive tuesday. It's Wednesday and delivery time is this evening. 3 days no water. They said 100 percent guarantee satisfaction but refuse to refund the money. Was offered 20 percent off. According to UPS tracking it was ground and not next day as paid for.
Unacceptable. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
