I am absolutely appalled…. I paid extra for premium arrangement and you can see in the pictures what was delivered.
Not to mention the message….
They wrote on the card “I hope you have happy memories”…. And the actual message was supposed to be:” I hope your happy memories will help you through this difficult time“.
