This place is not good at all. They promise same day shipping on their website and when ordered it took four hours to even get a confirmation email. The whole day goes by without a peep from them. I called the customer service line at 5:04 and was once again promised a delivery that day( even though they don’t deliver past six and the florist hasn’t confirmed). I then was informed that my delivery had been rescheduled for Monday April 8th, two days after I initially was promised. I was promised a free upgrade to the bouquet and a written apology note with the flowers and got neither. The order delivered but I still (even though it’s been 4 hours) haven’t gotten a delivery email from from the site nor florist. If the recipient hadn’t told me that they received the bouquet I literally would not know. This website is shady and I definitely do NOT recommend. I would give this place zero stars if I could. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
