First time using this company, wanted to send my friend flowers for her birthday, can’t say I’m impressed. Paid for expedited shipping to ensure it was delivered before noon the next day, only to call and have them tell me it won’t be there on time, “but it’ll still get delivered today”. Doubtful it’ll even get delivered at all. Immediately offered a refund for the expedited shipping, but still, kind of needed it delivered within the timeframe I requested.
