The situation is very simple. The day before I made arrangements to have birthday flowers sent to a middle school. I asked could it be in the morning. The guy said it's possible. What he did not say was that it would be arriving UPS no later than 7:00 p.m. I thought it was a local florist. Obviously it's not. Three dozen of roses arriving UPS is ridiculous. Please do not do business with these people.
