I ordered flowers today for delivery today to a friend who's brother passed away. The florist is in the same town as the delivery address. I placed a call gave the order # to some person I could just barely understand, he advised at 3:20PM the flowers but they would graciously refund my $5.32 same day delivery fee which advised him was irrelevant, I just wanted the flowers delivered. He gave me the usual bs. As of 3:44PM still no flowers!
