I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered an arrangement with 18 roses, their premium arrangement. They were for my mother's birthday. The flowers arrived, packed very tightly in the box. Some were wilted and others were either broken or crushed. They gave me a full refund, okay, that part is okay. They offered to send a replacement arrangement. That arrangement was worse than the first arrangement. I will NEVER use From You Flowers again. I do not recommend that anyone orders from them. Absolutely horrible experience!
