Terrible....I ordered flowers candy and a bear to be delivered before 12 to my wife at work as a surprise for our 6 year wedding anniversary. They called my wife to tell her they were running late and tried to get her to stay at work which not only ruined the surprise but defeated the whole purpose. I will never use them again. They did a partial refund but my wife and I only get 1 anniversary each year they really messed this one up.
