The flowers came by UPS. The roses were wrapped in a box with the stems hanging out and you had to put it together yourself. The flowers looked NOTHING like what I ordered and they weren’t delivered on time. The only good thing I can say at that their email customer service was fast. I did end up getting a full refund.
