We ordered flowers that were supposed to be delivered within three days to a relative's funeral and they never arrived. They tried to "satisfy" me by giving me a $20 off gift certificate, which I declined because I will NEVER buy an arrangement from here again. We spent almost $90 on one arrangement. Do NOT buy flowers from this company!!!!
