Very disappointed! Paid $78 for flowers to be delivered for my wife’s birth day. I bought the purple bouquet because it’s her favorite color. It even had “purple” in the title of the bouquet. They came pink, bright pink. Wilted leaves and wilted petals. Not even the same arrangement that I ordered. I am so disappointed and embarrassed that she received them. I also paid extra for a birthday balloon that wasn’t even inflated more than halfway. I contacted customer service and they refunded me $20. So I still pid $70 for the wrong bouquet, wrong color, and dead petals and leaves and very dead balloon.
