Awful. I decided to try this company and beat the Mothers Day rush. My mother sent me a pic of what was delivered and ‘loves’ them but oh my word - I did NOT plan on spending over 70 dollars on 6 CARNATIONS and one lily!!! The company offered me a “20% product refund” (nothing for the $14.99 delivery fee, consumer fee, AND taxes etc.) which is ridiculous.
