I would give this company a Zero if I was able too. I ordered flowers & Chocolate covered Strawberries for Mother's day, the strawberries were not properly packaged. They came in a thin cooler bag and one frozen ice bag. The chocolate was melted and the strawberries have a terrible smell, they are definitely not edible. I contacted customer service and they offered 30% refund I explained this is not acceptable as I am requesting a full refund on the strawberries. I was told someone would reach out to me and this morning I had a credit for not even half of the price. Buyer beware!
