Not impressed with their customer service. Ordered flowers for a Mother’s Day gift, received a voicemail to call them back asap. Called back and the language barrier was a little rough, but we managed after several please repeats. Was informed that my order would not be delivered until after Mother’s Day unless I give them my credit card number again. So, after several explanations back and forth, I requested to please cancel my order. Mind you, the explanations seemed very sketchy, and they way they kept asking for my acct info made me feel very uneasy. It took several requests but they did agree to cancel my order.
I googled a local florist in the town I needed them delivered and asked if they could get them delivered before Mother’s Day, she assured me it was no problem ❤️ From here on out I will only use the local florist.
