Ordered 2 separate flower arrangements for Mother's day and both were wrong. Spent about 30 minutes on the phone and could barely understand what the person was saying. Offered me 20% refund on both and $10 off future orders. I told them that they could keep the $10 off coupons because I will never order from them again. I am going to report them to the BBB.
