Similar to the reviews below, I ordered flowers well in advance for Mother’s Day. I received an e-mail from them saying they couldn’t deliver the flowers because nobody was home to receive them. I received the e-mail at 5:29pm when someone was at the house until 5:45pm. The website states 100% satisfaction guarantee. 4 days later & no flowers nor refund. I was told I would receive a credit. I expect a FULL refund. From you Flowers failed epically!
