I ordered flowers for my mom at 11:15am and received an order around 2:30 but it wasn’t my order. It was for a hospital 20 minutes away. I called at 2:58 and talked to someone and they said they’d resend the order. It’s now 5:40 and no one has delivered my actual order and I just got an email saying it was delivered and it was not.
