They never delivered the Mother's Day flowers I ordered a week in advance. I even scheduled the delivery for Saturday (the day before Mother's Day) to avoid any issues. When called, they said they would redeliver and never did. Then they offered a crappy 10% refund and to deliver the flowers 6 days after Mother's Day. Save yourself the headache of talking to someone in India (who has no ability to make things right) and go with another company.
