Ordered Flowers for Mothers Day and the arrangement that was delivered was completely unacceptable. For the amount that was spent ($90+) to get wilted brown flowers delivered to your mother was just beyond disappointing. I contacted the company showing them pictures and even saying how I understood it was a very busy weekend and was not looking for a refund but for the arrangement to be replaced sometime that week. I was emailed back saying they would refund me 30%. The amount they sent back was not even 30% of what was paid. As a online company customer service is extremely lacking, they did not feel incline to make the situation right but just to refund me barely what I paid in shipping. I would not waste your hard earned money on embarrassing flowers that would not impress anyone. Don’t rely on their fancy photos bc what will arrive will be nothing like it.
