When I checked if the order was delivered, they said they couldn't find a florist in the city and it will be deliver in 2 days, after the day promised. I never got an email informing me of this. They said would refund the 'delivery fee' for the inconvenience, I asked for a total refund and order cancellation. What a disappointing 'non service' not recommended at all.
