I ordered a dozen red roses for my niece. What she received was a dozen dead, hot roses. In the photo's you can see what a beautiful bouquet I paid for and what trash mt niece received. A florist did NOT deliver the flowers. They were put on a hot UPS truck. I would never purchase from them again.
