I ordered flower on 5/15/24 to be delivered to a friend in the hospital the next day. They didn't arrive. Nor the next day. I thought I had cancelled the order. My friend messaged me on 5/24/24 that the flowers had arrived at her home...8 DAYS LATE!!! I asked for a picture and while it resembled what I ordered, it was sub par with mostly yellow flowers vs the colorful collection I thought I was getting. Very poor service. will NEVER use this company again.
