Horrible service. I had flowers delivered to my mother for mother's day who lives 4+ hours from me. The flowers delivered were mushy and brown. I called to let them know and that I wanted them to send a replacement and they said they would but refused to get them there by mother's day. The customer service rep would not even allow me to speak to a supervisor. So I asked them to send the flowers anyway; they said they would and they never did.
