I expected that the flowers I ordered to be delivered to a friend would come from a florist. I was wrong this company used a Safeway grocery store for flowers. The arrangement did not look like the picture on the website and they were delivered a day late. The customer service Reps just give you lip service, they are useless but that may be how they’re trained to respond to customer complaints.
