Paid for guaranteed delivery by noon. It's after 2 pm and they still aren't there. They said they will be there as soon as possible today. Don't use the word "guarantee" unless you're going to follow through with that definition. I hope the person receiving the flowers is there whenever they show up. Terroble service.
