Supposed to be a guaranteed service they never even delivered the flowers or the gift or the card to a person my son who is dying of cancer who may not even be alive after today I am super upset I have not seen or talked to him my son in 17 years and I finally got an address for him I ordered the flowers on Sunday they still couldn't even deliver them today and now they're trying to give me back $21 as a refund on 83 something 8371 I don't think so I'll be going to the better Business bureau on this one watch me
