DON'T DO IT! it's a Bait and Switch! I ordered a bouquet for my sister's birthday that cost me almost $65.00, what they sent was an arrangement of cheap carnations with 1 Lilly and 2 Roses. This was not what I ordered. When I called customer service they apologized and said that they would credit me with 20%. I literally laughed and said are you kidding me! you charged me 65 dollars and want to refund me $9.46 after "you" got the order wrong! They then said stated, we will send out the "actual arrangement" on the following day. Here we are next day and once again they failed to send her the arrangement. I called them once again and asked for a full refund after I threatened them with calling Pay Pal and the better business bureau. NEVER EVER AGAIN! Horrible!
