Absolutely horrible, I ordered a beautiful fruit basket, which wasn’t delivered (even though I got a text message saying it was), after calling twice, it was finally delivered and looked as if it was thrown together last minute. Customer service was rude, and said they would call back after basket was delivered, still waiting …
