I’m so disappointed and embarrassed by my teddy bear delivery. The bear that was delivered looked nothing like the one on the website. The one delivered looked like a hard, cheap bear that you’d get at a country fair for $10. They gave me a 13% refund. What a joke! I should have read these reviews before ordering. Stay away!
