I was charged $2.99 for a same day/weekend delivery. I did not order for either. I ordered 8/19 for 8/20 delivery. I tried to file a complaint, but evidently I was talking to AI who said they were a person, or a person who was answering from a script and not considering what I was talking about. My order # is 430042835. I am very unhappy with this service and will not order from you again. I will also leave reviews in other places. If charge thousands of people the $2.99, that's a lot of money that you will gain. I'm very upset.
