I have used this company several times in the past. This time I ordered a Get Well plant basket. It arrived on time, but it didn't look the same as the website photo. I understand that there could be substitutions, but the planter was not the same. Instead of four plants that I thought I was getting, there were only three. I also paid $75 to have a "premium" basket. When contacted, all the company did was send me a $10 coupon toward next purchase. I don't think there will be a next purchase from me.
