I created a custom vase for a special moment, paid the extra money for the next day delivery. I was not contacted that the custom vase was not created, delivery was not completed on time, was not a local flower shop. When I found all this out, waited to be contacted by supervisor that did not happen as promised, to finally calling them back to handle situation and they at first offered a 25% refund. After me telling them I was leaving a review they offered a full refund!
