I ordered my niece flowers for her birthday. I had delivery set up for the day before her birthday. She got a call on Saturday the florist was too busy to deliver and would bring Monday. After her birthday. I was never notified, so that possibly I could purchase elsewhere. Offered 20% off flowers, not delivery or other fees. Big deal, the purpose was to get to my niece for her Birthday, not two days later. Never again!
