If I could give them a 0 I would. My mom passed away. My sister used this site before so we ordered three orders from them to be delivered the day before the early morning service. At 5:00 we called the funeral home. NO FLOWERS. From You Flowers had no idea because the contracted florist wasn’t answering the phone. We had to scramble looking for flowers for a 9 am service the next morning. My advice is to Use a local florist because that’s who helped us. The next morning one of the sprays showed up. It looked like it was in a hot car all day and night. It was terrible and I paid over $200 for it. They did refund our money, but if it wasn’t for a local florist we would have had no flowers from her children. They are terrible.
