I had to call to find out if my order had even been submitted because I never received an email. I clicked the button to have it delivered before noon and the flower never got there. I had to call to find out they will not be delivered until sometime between 12:30 and 3:30 pm! NOT WHAT I REQUESTED! If they can not deliver when you want then why do they have a button you can click to choose before noon or after noon. After telling them that nobody will be home to accept the flowers after 12:30 all they said was call us back if the flowers are ruined because they will only leave them on the front porch! SERIOUSLY!!!! After talking to a supervisor, whom I could barely understand, she advised that there is nothing they will do unless the flowers are ruined when they are received by the person getting them. Such poor customer service!
