Ordered a simple bouquet for a special someone that has been going through serious health issues and the order failed miserably. The bouquet of flowers ordered was not delivered. Even after paying extra and submitting the order early the day before. Their solution to deliveries being late or not delivered at all is to offer me 20% credit towards a future order. Never order from them, you'll be disappointed and have to do something even more special to make up for their incompetence. Better to go another route or use a local florist you can count on.
