I haven't even had the delivery yet and already have a horrible experience. When I clicked purchase button they substituted my discount code and added a DIFFERENT one after I hit order? How? Why? I didn't approve that purchase, I approved the one I screen captured when getting approval for the order. I SHOWED THEM this in an email, yet they keep repeating the same lines about 'the discount code is added' and pretending that answers my question. I don't think it's even a human I'm in an email battle with. Do they think I'll just give up and be fine with them CHANGING MY ORDER AFTER I hit order? That's now how corporate approvals work so I can't get let it go. Unless you love wasting time or paying more than you hit purchase for, I'd stay far away. .. they were delivered, and I didn't get a photo, but the flowers at least did arrive.
