First, the flowers were not delivered and when I called to complain, the lady did not believe me. She then got in touch with the intended recipient of the flowers who stated she was home all day, went through her entire ring doorbell, and asked if the delivery person took any pictures or did ring the doorbell, she stated she could not get in touch with the San Antonio, TX office to confirm that. You can take your chances and hopefully, you will have a better experience than I did. We still haven't received the sympathy flowers for a death in the family.
