I placed the order a day before payed for a full bouquet with roses and carnations and payed for them to deliver before noon got the flowers late almost 1 pm and the bouquet looked liked the small size bouquet called customer service they only gave me back $17 I was so disappointed I tried to add the pictures of what I got and can't up load very disappointed the bouquets are not as full as the show on the pictures
