On 9/28/24 I placed an order for a birthday arrangement to be delivered the Same Day to my sister as a gift for her 60th birthday. The arrangement was not delivered until 9:28/24 and the arrangement that I chose and paid for was not delivered she received an arrangement that I did not order this was my first time ordering from your company and I cannot tell you how highly disappointed I am. Not only was the arrangement delivered a day late it wasn't even the correct Arrangement that I paid a lot of money for. Needless to say I will not be ordering from your company again in the future.
