I ordered 25th wedding anniversary flowers for my husband. The tracking said "delivered" but they never got delivered. The company refused to give me the full refund I requested and would only give me 20% off and a redelivery a week later. They totally ruined my anniversary surprise. The customer service rep was not rude but didn't offer anything in the way of sympathy or apologies. Awful company. Do not use.
